Das Haus befindet sich auf den Hügeln zwischen Castagneto Carducci und Bolgheri, ungefähr 7 km von Meer und 50 m von dem Verkehr entfernt, ohne Nachtbarschaft. Der Ort ist ruhig, mit Ausblick auf das Meer un zwei Restaurants, Cacciatore un Orizzonte, können zu fuss erreicht werden.
Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig und bestehet aus zwei Zimmern (60 q.m), Kuchnische, Toilette mit Dusche (unter die Arcade) und es eignet sich für 4 Personen. Die Gäste düfen ein Arcade, ein Barbecue, eine Pergola und 1000 q.m. Wiese alleinbenützen.

L'endroit, une cinquantaine de metres en retrait par rapport au traffic, sans voisinage dans un rayon de 200 m., est parfaitement tranquille et jouit d'une vue panoramique sur la mer. Dans les alentours, il y a deux restaurants: il Cacciatore et l'Orizzonte.
